Mildred Nelson

Mildred Nelson was born in Colwyn Bay and has lived in the town for most of her life. After going to university and getting married she lived away but always returned to visit family during holidays. In 2010 she and her husband returned to live in the town permanently.

Her earliest memory is of going, with her Mother and baby brother, to the old Town Hall to collect Ministry of Food orange juice which was still given to young babies after the war.

Mildred was interviewed by William.
