I was with Sarah one day and she said it would be cool to make a time capsule for Colwyn Bay. Sarah suggested I go with her to Helen and Communities first while we were taking part in the Oral History Project. Helen thought it was a good idea and she would pitch it to her group. Later she came back to Sarah and I and said we could go ahead with the project if we still wanted to.
After this is was full steam ahead and we got the project started by putting an advert in the paper and then calling up trying to sort a capsule out. During this, there was a few catch up meeting and we were lucky that TAPE offered to make a film. Over the next few weeks, we had lots of fun working with Chris and Steve who make the editing look a breeze. Overall thank you to everyone who made this idea a reality.

I was with Shannon one day and we were talking about what we were doing with the History course. I turned to Shannon and said that I thought it would be cool if we made a time capsule to preserve the history of Colwyn Bay. She agreed with me and said we should take it to Helen at Communities First. She then told me that she would pitch the idea and get back to us. She then called myself and Shannon to say that they thought it was good and that we would go ahead with it.
After this, we put an advert in the paper and received ideas that people had to put in the capsule. Throughout we have had a few catch up meetings and TAPE offered to make a film for the capsule. It was fun working with them and taping interviews with Chris and Steven made editing look easy. Overall, thank you for helping us get the idea to reality.
